A standoff in northern Dearborn County has come to a peaceful end.
A man with a gun barricaded himself inside a home at 9725 Old Hickory Road near St. Leon at about 2:00 p.m.
Dispatchers said the man voluntarily surrendered to police at about 3:20 p.m. and was taken into custody.
Nobody was hurt during the standoff.
Old Hickory Road has reopened to traffic.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – Police are on the scene of a standoff in St. Leon.
Dispatchers say a 911 call was received regarding a man barricaded in a home with a gun at 9725 Old Hickory Road, near Post 464 Road.
It was unclear if other people were inside the home.
Indiana State Police and Dearborn County Sheriff’s deputies remain on the scene.
Old Hickory Road is shut down between Post 464 Road and Trackville Road during the standoff.
