Union Man Charged With Multiple Sexual Offenses

(Boone County, Ky.) - A Union man has been arrested and charged with multiple counts related to sexual offenses.

Jonathan Anderson, 47, was taken into custody on Thursday and has been two counts of Sodomy, 1st Degree – Victim under 12 Years of Age (Class A Felony), one count of Rape, 1st Degree – Victim under 12 Years of Age (Class A Felony),  and four counts of Sexual Abuse, 1st Degree, Victim under 12 Years of Age (Class C Felony). 

Boone County Sheriff’s detectives say Anderson committed the acts on victims under 12 years old on multiple occasions over the course of many years.

While being interviewed by investigators, Anderson allegedly confessed to committing the crimes.

He is held in the Boone County Detention Center on 250-thousand cash bond.
