Two Charged for Burglary, Theft in Ohio County

(Ohio County, Ind.) – Two people have been arrested in connection with a burglary in Ohio County.

Marisa Ruckel and Timothy Edwards have both been charged with Burglary (Level 5 Felony) and Theft (Class A Misdemeanor) in reference to a burglary that took place on September 4 at a residence in the 4800 block of State Road 56 West.

According to the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office, a Stihl chainsaw, Bosch job site radio and a five-gallon gas can were taken from a barn on the property. 

Ruckel was taken into custody on October 4.

Edwards remained at-large until October 21.
