St. Elizabeth Healthcare to Host Community Health Fair Sept. 21

Several screenings and resources will be available.

(Greendale, Ind.) – A free community health fair for Indiana residents will take place this month in Greendale.

St. Elizabeth Healthcare will host their Dearborn County Health Fair on Saturday, September 21 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Greendale Primary Care building on Flossie Drive.

The event will include free health screenings and resources include:

Free flu shots, blood pressure and blood glucose screening
Free diabetic foot screening
Free GI/Hernia screening
Free balance screening
Mobile Mammography
Hoxworth Blood Mobile
Information and education on health care services
Activities for kids and face painting
Insurance navigation consults
Raffles, music and food trucks.

Registration is not required to attend this event. However, pre-registration is required for mobile mammography and blood donations through the Hoxworth Blood Mobile. To pre-register for either service, you may call Greendale Primary Care at 812-496-2808.

All Hoxworth donors will receive a free UC ¼ zip sweatshirt, while supplies last.
