The free event will take place Tuesday, August 8.

(Harrison, Oh.) – The Southwest Local School District will host their annual State of the Schools Night on Tuesday.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Martin Marietta Performing Arts Theater at the Activity Center.
The program is expected to last approximately one hour and will recap successes of the previous school year and preview the upcoming 2023-24 school year.
Presentations will touch on topics such as the curriculum, the State Report Card, Quality Profile, pupil services, financial status, food service, transportation and more.
The administration will also provide an update on enrollment, community engagement, and course of action regarding school facilities.
