South Dearborn Grad Named Recipient of GE Aerospace Star Award and Scholarship

(Aurora, Ind.) - Carli Walter, a 2026 graduate of South Dearborn High School, has been named the recipient of the GE Aerospace Star Award and Scholarship. 

The Star Award is a highly competitive, global honor. 

The award is earned through strong grades, community service, involvement in school clubs, and a standout personal essay.

Carli was celebrated at the GE Aerospace Award Breakfast last Friday morning.
