Snow Expected Overnight and Sunday into Monday

(Wilmington, Oh.) – The start of 2025 looks to be a snowy one.

According to the National Weather Service, snow is likely tonight into Friday morning. Accumulations are expected to generally be an inch or less throughout the tri-state area.

An area of snow will cross the region tonight, starting around midnight and ending Monday morning. Accumulations will be under an inch, with generally a dusting to a quarter inch over Kentucky south of the Cincinnati metro area.

The overnight snowfall is expected to impact the Friday morning commute.

An impactful winter system is also forecasted to bring a mix of wintry precipitation to the region Sunday into Monday. Travel impacts are to be expected.
