Shelly's Sweet Eats & Treats to Close

(Aurora, Ind.) - Shelly's Sweet Eats & Treats on Second Street in Aurora will officially close on Friday, August 29. 

The business owner announced Sunday night that her lease is up October 1, and a decision to not renew has been made. 

"We thank the community for all the love and support during these past couple years. We have met some amazing people," reads a Facebook post. 

Shelly's Sweet Eats & Treats will have daily specials all week and free ice cream to paying customers.
