The outage will start on Thursday night.

(Vevay, Ind.) – Southeastern Indiana REMC has scheduled a temporary power outage for Thursday, October 10.
The outage will begin at 10:00 p.m. and will go until 7:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11.
Hoosier Energy crews will be working to replace poles, which will affect members served by the Five Points Substation in the Vevay area.
SEI REMC asks customers to look at the top right of your bill and see the first two letters of your line number. Anyone that has an “FC” in front will be affected.
The following roads will be without electricity during the outage:
- State Rd. 56 from Lost Fork road, East to Detour Rd.
- Detour Rd.
- Patton Hollow Rd.
- Fishing Worm Ridge
- Garland Rd.
- Green Valley Rd.
- Long Run Rd.
- Spring Branch Rd.
- Brayton Rd.
- Lost Fork Rd.
- Jack Allen Rd.
- Mennets Hollow Rd.
- Raymond Scudder Rd.
- Bickers Rd.
