Schmidt Bakery Sells Over 160K Cherry Thing-A-Lings

(Batesville, Ind.) - Schmidt Bakery is celebrating another successful Cherry Thing-A-Ling run. 

The bakery, located in Batesville, has an annual tradition of baking and selling the tasty fritter type donuts over Presidents' Day weekend. 

This year, Schmidt Bakery sold 164,160 thing-a-lings, or 13,680 dozen. 

If you missed out this time around, you'll have to wait until next Presidents' Day weekend to enjoy the delicious treats.
