Safe Passage To Hold Virtual "Handbags 4 Hope" Auction This Year

Safe Passage's "Handbags 4 Hope" will happen the week of August 8-15 this year.

(Batesville, Ind.) - Safe Passage, Inc. has announced that their new and gently used purse auction will have a new format, same great cause.

Handbags 4 Hope will be held virtually. While this may not be ideal, an online event means no no ticket or admission fee.

The auction will allow for more than 50 purses, handbags, and totes up for bid, many with local gift certificates.

The Kickoff event will happen on Facebook Live from 10-10:30 a.m. on August 8. Auction bidding begins during the Kickoff at 10:00 a.m. and ends August 15 at noon. The Kickoff video will be recorded to view later. Bids may be placed throughout the week.

You may view the purses either online through Safe Passage Facebook page or at the Batesville Library.

To register for the event, send email to mmatingly@safepassageinc.org. Links and information will be sent to those that register.
