River Cities Bike Share Program Rolls Into Second Season

Bicycles can be rented starting this week.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – With spring in full bloom, the River Cities Bike Share is set to open for its second season.

The short-term, ride-and-return bike rentals will be available this week at three locations: downtown Aurora across from the City Building, the Dearborn Trail at Aurora Dog Park and downtown Lawrenceburg between Ivy Tech Riverfront Campus and the Lawrenceburg Event Center.

The bike share program features 30 “ready-to-ride” bicycles. Cost to ride is $3 for the first hour and $2 for each additional hour.

Users can rent and reserve a bike using the free downloadable app Movatic, which is available on the App Store and Google Play.
