The organization says it will award up to $54,000 in scholarships to high school seniors this year.

(Rising Sun, Ind.) – Applications are now available for Rising Sun Regional Foundation scholarships.
The organization says it will award up to $54,000 in scholarships to area high school seniors. Each scholarship is worth $1,000 and can be used at an accredited post-secondary trade school, college or university.
The scholarships will be awarded at random to graduating seniors who reside in Ohio and Ripley counties, and the City of Aurora. To be eligible, students must have a grade point average of at least 2.75.
Applications are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 15.
