(Milan, Ind.) - Kris Clark has been named the Ripley County Chamber of Commerce Educator of the Year.
Clark teaches 3rd grade at Milan Elementary School.
Mrs. Clark pours her heart into her students each and every day, creating a classroom where children feel supported, encouraged, and inspired to learn. Her dedication to her students, her school, and our community is truly something special. We are so thankful to have Mrs. Clark as part of the Milan Elementary family," reads a statement from Milan Community Schools.
The Ripley County Chamber of Commerce annually honors outstanding community members in categories such as Educator of the Year, Citizen of the Year, and Business Person of the Year.
The Educator of the Year is selected based on excellence in teaching, student achievement, and contributions to the educational community.
