WASHINGTON, D.C. - Rachel Holt is in Washington DC getting ready to perform her country music on the Main Stage on the National Mall during the Freedom 250 Great American State Fair.
She was part of the July 1 lineup.
Holt, born in Milan, Indiana, is a Nashville-based country artist with Baste Records whose music blends country and bluegrass influences. Her father and grandfather are celebrated bluegrass musicians, and her mother is a gospel recording artist.
She recently performed at the Kennedy Center’s Global Art & Fashion Show Gala.
She will returning to our area on July 4 to perform at the Madison Regatta Roostertail Music Festival with Brantley Gilbert. She will be back in August to sing during the Osgood Brick Street Summer Concert Series and the Klump Jeep Memorial Ride in Sunman.
