Restrictions will be in place from Thursday night to Friday morning
(Petersburg, Ky.) - The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) advises motorists of overnight routine bridge maintenance work on the Interstate 275 Carroll Cropper Bridge in Boone County over the Ohio River between Kentucky and Indiana.
The work will require overnight lane closures, weather permitting:
- Thursday, July 9
- I-275 eastbound (Indiana into Kentucky): Right lane closure from midnight to 7 a.m.
- Thursday, July 9 through Friday, July 10
- I-275 westbound (Kentucky into Indiana): Right lane closure from 9 p.m. Thursday, July 9, to 7 a.m. Friday, July 10
The work will take place near mile point 13.56 on the Kentucky side of the bridge. Motorists should expect lane closures and maintenance crews in the work zone. Please use caution while traveling through the area to keep our crews safe.
Weather permitting, this work is expected to be completed by 7:00 a.m. Friday, July 10.
