One Injured in Motorcycle Accident in Ripley Co.

(Ripley County, Ind.) - Air care was called to a motorcycle accident in Ripley County last Friday. 

According to Friendship Volunteer Fire Department, the accident occurred on County Road 575 East in the 7000 South area. 

The motorcycle reportedly left the roadway for unknown reasons. 

A single patient was found and airlifted to UC Medical Center for treatment. The victim's name and status was not released. 

Ripley County EMS and the Ripley County Sheriff's Department assisted at the scene.
