One in Custody After Fatal Shooting on Kilby Road

(Whitewater Township, Oh.) - One person is in custody following a reported fatal shooting in Whitewater Township. 

Cole Hornsby, 24, has been charged with one count of Murder. 

The charge stems from an incident that took place in the 5000 block of Kilby Road around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday. 

The victim has been identified as Theodore John Black, 40. 

No further information has been provided at this time.
