One Hospitalized In Fourth Of July Shooting

The incident occurred Sunday in Addyston.

(Addyston, Oh.) – One person was hospitalized in a Fourth of July shooting in Addyston.

Hamilton County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the incident in the 120 block of Second Street and located a man identified as Travis Middleton with a gunshot wound to the lower back.

The suspect, Dihierry O. Tucker, 29, called 911 to report the shooting and responded to Sheriff’s Headquarters to be interviewed.

The cause of the shooting was not disclosed, but Tucker is charged with Felonious Assault and Improperly Discharging a Firearm at or into a Habitation.

Middleton was transported to UC Medical Center. As of Sunday, Middleton did not have any internal injuries.
