The new website offers a host of updated features and tools.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - One Dearborn is pleased to announce the official launch of its newly redesigned website at 1dearborn.org. The enhanced platform, debuting January 20, offers a host of updated features and tools designed to boost business attraction, support existing industries, and showcase Dearborn County’s thriving communities.
“An economic development website is often the first impression site selection consultants get of our community,” said Mike Perleberg, Executive Director of One Dearborn. “We’ve heard time and again how important an informative, user-friendly site is, and this redesign ensures that Dearborn County puts its best foot forward.”
“We are proud to partner with One Dearborn on this project,” said Misty McCammack, Senior Economic Development Manager at Duke Energy. “A modern, data-driven web presence is vital for attracting new business, supporting local communities, and showcasing the many opportunities in Dearborn County.”
Among the new website’s highlights are:
- Property Search Tool: A streamlined function allowing prospective businesses to quickly explore available sites and properties.
- News & Insights: Regularly updated posts featuring local business news, events, and community developments.
- Dearborn County Data Hub: A centralized resource offering key demographics and economic data.
- Target Industries & Local Community Pages: Dedicated sections spotlighting the county’s priority sectors and the unique assets of its cities and towns.
- Video Integration: High-quality videos that capture the essence of Dearborn County’s business community, culture, and quality of life.
Looking ahead, One Dearborn plans to expand the website further with local economic development success stories, a talent/resident attraction section, a film production page, and a series of pages dedicated to Stellar Pathways projects.
The redesign was made possible through a grant from the Duke Energy Partnership Program, which supported the modernization of the site—its first major update since One Dearborn’s establishment in 2017.
“We’re incredibly grateful to Duke Energy for their support,” added Perleberg. “Their partnership allowed us to create a modern digital presence that will attract new business, retain talent, and spark continued growth throughout Dearborn County.”
