One Dead In Four-Vehicle Crash In Walton

The crash happened around 7:30 a.m. on Richwood Road, which remains closed at this time.

(Walton, Ky.) – A Walton road is shut down following a fatal accident.

According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, one person was killed in a four-vehicle accident on Richwood Road near Hicks Pike around 7:30 Wednesday morning.

Deputies say two children and an adult were transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The names of those involved in the crash have not been disclosed at this time, as the crash is still under investigation. 

Richwood Road remains closed until further notice.
