An incident occurred Tuesday in southeastern Franklin County.

(Franklin County, Ind.) - A man from Hamilton, Ohio was arrested on Tuesday evening after an incident in the 4000 block of Kerr Road in Franklin County.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Department was dispatched to the area after a report of a suspicious male had backed a pickup truck into a retaining wall.
A responding Sergeant located the driver, who was identified as Gregory Hacker III, 18.
Hacker allegedly refused to respond to the Sergeant's questions and/or commands and was described as possibly intoxicated. While attempting to take Hacker into custody, the Sergeant was injured.
Both the officer and Hacker were transported to Margaret Mary Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Hacker was arrested on several felony and misdemeanor charges related to battery and resisting law enforcement.
