(Wilmington, Oh.) - The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the tri-state area.
The advisory is in effect until 11:00 a.m.
Snow melt and refreezing overnight has resulted in the development of black ice on the roads. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch are possible.
Motorists should plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility.
