NKY Veteran Seriously Injured in Plane Crash

(Kenton County, Ky.) – A northern Kentucky Veteran is in critical condition after being involved in a plane crash on Sunday.

Sean Yocum was seriously injured in a plane crash in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

He was airlifted from the scene to UNC Chapel Hill for emergency surgery.

A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist Yocum and his family with medical expenses. According to the fundraising page, Yocum will spend at least the next month in the hospital and will be unable to work for the better part of a year or longer due to upcoming operations.
