UPDATE: Lucy Strittholt, the missing juvenile from October 8th, has been safely located, according to the Boone County Sheriff's Office.

(Boone County, Ky.) - The Boone County Sheriff’s Office reports a Golden Alert for a missing 13-year-old female.

Lucy Strittholt, white female, 13, of Glenburn Dr. in Florence is diagnosed with a developmental delay along with ADHD. Strittholt was last seen at Ockerman Middle School on October 8 as school was dismissing for the day.

Strittholt is not believed to be a danger to herself or others or on any medications, however due to the developmental delay, she may not act or react as one may expect of a 13-year-old.

At school on this date, Strittholt was wearing a purple jacket with a black undershirt. She was also wearing blue jeans with yellow and white flower designs and black tennis shoes. Strittholt also had her pink and black backpack.
