Switzerland County High School Names New Principal

(Vevay, Ind.) – Switzerland County High School has hired a new principal. 

Jason Cheek will assume the role of principal beginning with the 2021-22 school year. The school board approved his hiring on Monday. 

The principal position came available in February after David Todd stepped down to pursue an opportunity at the Administration Building. 

Cheek comes to Switzerland County High School with 23 years experience as an educator and with 14 years of administrative experience. He is the current assistant principal and athletic director at South Dearborn Middle School.

His wife, Kristie, is the speech language pathologist at Switzerland County Elementary School.
