Napoleon Firefighters Respond To Early Morning Grain Barn Fire

The fire was reported around 6:00 a.m. Friday.

(Napoleon, Ind.) – No injuries were reported in a grain barn fire in Napoleon.

Napoleon Volunteer Fire Department responded to the fire at a farm on County Road 250 W around 6:00 a.m.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a grain dryer unit fully involved in fire and beginning to burn the shelter structure around the dryer.

With assistance from Batesville Fire and Rescue, the fire was quickly knocked down.

All damage was contained to the dryer equipment.
