Motorcyclist Refuses Transport After Being Forced Off Road

The incident took place in the Versailles area

(Friendship, Ind.) - Friendship Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a motorcycle accident in the area of 900 East on County Road 800 South. 

The incident took place on July 16 around 7:30 a.m.

Upon arrival, the rider indicated he was forced off the road by oncoming traffic as they crested one of the hills on 800 South. 

The rider, who was not identified, suffered minor injuries and refused transport after being checked out at the scene. 

Ripley County EMS and Ripley County Sheriff's deputies assisted at the scene.
