The arrest stems from a drug investigation that started in November 2024.

(Dearborn County, Ind.) – An arrest was made on Sunday following an investigation that began in November 2024.
Jerole Adams, 49, of Moores Hill was taken into custody during a traffic stop that was conducted on State Road 350 in Moores Hill.
Adams was being investigated after receiving information in regard to him dealing methamphetamine in and around Dearborn County. Through the course of the investigation, multiple purchases were made from Adams by detectives with the Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office.
Following his arrest on Sunday, deputies obtained a search warrant for his vehicle and residence. During the search, deputies allegedly located methamphetamine, cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, marijuana, prescription medication, a handgun, drug paraphernalia, and close to $5,000 cash.
Adams is charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine (over 10 grams) a Level 2 Felony, Dealing Methamphetamine (possession with intent to deliver over 10 grams) a Level 2 Felony, Dealing in Cocaine or Narcotic Drug (possession with intent to deliver over 10 grams) a Level 2 Felony, Dealing in Methamphetamine a Level 4 Felony, Possession of a Syringe a Level 6 Felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance a Class A Misdemeanor, and Possession of Marijuana a Class B Misdemeanor.
He is also currently on parole stemming from a 2004 case in Dearborn County, where he was convicted of Dealing Methamphetamine.
