(Versailles, Ind.) - Already in jail for child molestation charges, a Milan man faces yet more allegations.
The Versailles Republican newspaper reports Jesse Doyle, Jr. was arrested in Dearborn County on May 4 on two counts of Child Molesting and a single count of Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon.
On December 20, new charges were filed by Indiana State Police investigators in Ripley County Circuit Court. The alleged victim told police that Doyle, 47, touched him or her multiple times over a five year period dating back to 2005.
With the victim’s knowledge, police recorded a telephone conversation between the victim and Doyle in which Doyle allegedly acknowledged committing the sexual abuse.
Doyle will remain held in Dearborn County until his trial, then he will be transferred to Ripley County for the new charges of Child Molesting.
