Milan CARES will host a Health & Wellness Clinic May 13-15. All services will be offered free of charge.
Services include:
Thursday, May 13 (3-5 PM) in the Milan Middle School Gym
- By appointment COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic sponsored by Margaret Mary Health.
Friday, May 14 (9 AM – 3 PM) at the Milan VFW
- Mobile Mammography unit sponsored by St. Elizabeth Hospital and wellness clinic. Health screenings include high blood pressure, diabetes, family counseling, drug awareness and resources, as well as many other support services/resources available.
Saturday, May 15 (9 AM – 3:00 PM) at the Milan VFW
- Health Screenings for hypertension (high blood pressure), diabetes, family counseling, drug awareness and resources as well as many other support services/resources available.
Doug and Charlotte Norman, Milan CARES Coordinator, will join Eagle Country 99.3 on Monday, May 10 around 2:00 p.m. to share more information about the event.
