The victim alleges the rape happened at a small house party in Switzerland County in 2017.

(Switzerland County, Ind.) - A Patriot man is accused of raping a woman during a drinking party.
Matthew A. Green, 23, was charged with Rape (level 3 felony) and Sexual Battery (level 6 felony) on November 9, 2018.
During questioning by investigators with the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police, Green allegedly admitted to engaging in sex acts with a woman who was too intoxicated during a party on November 10 and 11, 2017.
The next day, the victim called a rape crisis hotline and went to Dearborn County Hospital to be evaluated. She also reported it to the sheriff's department that day.
Green is out of jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
Jefferson County Superior Court Judge Michael Hensley has been appointed to the case as a special judge.
