LMU Bills Running Behind; Late Fees Waived

Lawrenceburg Municipal Utilities says January bills went out Monday.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - If you are a customer of Lawrenceburg Municipal Utilities, you are likely wondering where you monthly bill is.

LMU officials said Monday that the bills are now in the mail. The utility company says the transition to new billing system that was implemented in December is the cause of the delay.

However, no late fees will be assessed for the month of January, so long as bills are paid in full by January 31.
