Light Up Aurora Takes Place the 2nd of July on 2nd Street

Fireworks, live music, and more!

(Aurora, Ind.) - Celebrate Independence Day in downtown Aurora. 

The City of Aurora and Main Street Aurora will host Light Up Aurora on Saturday, July 2. 

The event will run from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. at Gabbard Riverfront Park, featuring live music from Steve Brooks & The Bootleggers and Tyler Brindley, a cruise-in, beer and wine garden, food vendors, and kids area. 

Light Up Aurora will end with a firework show over the Ohio River at 10:00 p.m.

The event is free to attend. 

In the event of rain, the event will be moved to Sunday, July 3.
