(Dillsboro, Ind.) – LifeTime Resources and the Arthritis Foundation are teaming up to help those over 60 be more active.
The Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease program is a six-week, one-hour, socially distant walking program for all individuals 60 and over.
The free event starts Monday, September 14 at 3:30 p.m. at the Dillsboro Village Apartments, 10145 Alpha Drive. Walk With Ease will also take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30 p.m.
Participants will receive a free walking guide book and pedometer. Face masks are required to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
