LHS Launches Student-Run Jungle Jams Radio

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - An addition has been made to the broadcasting wing at Lawrenceburg High School.

On Tuesday, the school corporation announced the launch of Jungle Jams Radio, a new, student-run streaming radio station.

Student DJs play nonstop music from today's hits to classic tunes.

The new radio studio pairs with the Jim Scott Broadcasting Studio, which is currently used by students for activities such as daily announcements.

The project is scheduled to start this week.

Work is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m.

As of December, the Foundation is no longer receiving monthly contributions tied to the adjusted gross revenue of Rising Star Casino.
