(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) – Those looking to improve their leadership skills will want to be aware of an upcoming seminar in Lawrenceburg.
The Southeast Indiana Community of Character will host the leadership seminar on Friday, March 1 from 8:00 a.m. to noon at Ivy Tech Riverfront Campus in downtown Lawrenceburg.
The seminar is the first in a four-part series, which focuses on what it means to be a character-based leader, the key characteristics of effective leaders, and why some leaders fail.
Participants will learn how to take their leadership to the next level, manage change, battle negativity and more.
“Every one of us is a leader in some facet of our lives, whether in the home, at school, in the workplace, or as a volunteer,” said Jacqueline Schmucki, Executive Director of the Character Council. “The ‘Impactful Leadership’ seminar is for those who want to grow and develop as a leader.
