The charges stem from two incidents that allegedly happened in Lawrenceburg and Batavia, Ohio.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A Lawrenceburg man has been charged with rape.
Aaron B. Clark, 34, of Lawrenceburg, was arrested on Wednesday and charged two counts of Rape (Level 3 Felony), two counts Sexual Misconduct with a Minor (Level 4 Felony), two counts of Sexual Battery (Level 6 Felony), and Domestic Battery (Level 6 Felony).
The charges stem from two incidents where Clark allegedly sexually abused a 14-year-old girl.
According to a probable cause affidavit, one of the incidents occurred in Lawrenceburg in June, while the other alleged incident took place in Batavia, Ohio in July.
The court documents also show that Clark allegedly threatened the victim in various ways during each incident.
Clark made his initial appearance in Dearborn County Court on Wednesday. Court records show Clark has a lengthy criminal history, including a previous conviction for Domestic Battery in Dearborn County on July 20, 2012.
He is currently held in the Dearborn County Law Enforcement Center.
