Lawrenceburg Event Center Hosting Walk-About Quilt Show

A special quilting event will feature modernist artist Charley Harper's son.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Vintage to Vogue Walk- About quilt show will be taking place Friday, May 31 and Saturday, June 1. 

With over 100 quilts on display the show will be held at the Lawrenceburg Event Center Friday 9:00 a.m.until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

The event will also feature the Brett Harper, son of modernist artist Charley Harper.  

Harper will speak in the segment Growing up Harper Saturday afternoon from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., where he will be speaking about growing up in such a talented household.

Several items from the Harper shop will also be available to purchase.
