(Greendale, Ind.) – It is never too early to start thinking about less fortunate families during the holidays.

Laughery Valley FOP Lodge No. 146 is once again collecting donations for their Cops and Kids program.

Each year, the Cops and Kids program supports kids in Dearborn and Ohio counties. Last year, the program raised close to $48,000, which provided needed clothing and gifts to 350 children.

Donations are currently being accepted for the 2021 Cops and Kids program.

Checks or money orders can be made payable to FOP Cops and Kids. Donations can be mailed to PO Box 3763, Lawrenceburg, IN 47025, or dropped off at First Financial Bank or any local police department.

To volunteer for the program, contact Pam Taylor at Greendale Police Department at 812-537-1321.
