Ivy Tech Names Director of Development For Lawrenceburg Campus

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Ivy Tech Community College has selected Loretta Day as Director of Development for the College’s Lawrenceburg campus.

As Director of Development, Day will lead fundraising efforts for the Ivy Tech Foundation at the Lawrenceburg campus. She will develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive set of strategies to increase community engagement and build relationships with alumni and donors.

“Loretta has invaluable insight into how our community works and brings with her strong relationships that will help Ivy Tech continue to align its academic programs with the needs of our area,” Ivy Tech Lawrenceburg Chancellor Mark Graver said. “We welcome her to the College and look forward to her efforts further strengthening the College.”

Day, of Moores Hill, has experience in professional sales and community involvement. She has held positions including assistant sales director for Brandcraft Strategies in Cincinnati, an Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance agent, and advertising director for Register Publications.

She currently is a board member of the Dearborn Community Foundation, vice chair of the Community Spirit Credit Union, and an executive committee member of the I Luv Lawrenceburg committee.
