Indiana Cigarette Tax Increases to $2 Per Pack

The new public health policy went into effect July 1.

INDIANAPOLIS - Starting today, Indiana’s cigarette tax will increase by $2 per pack.

The evidence-based public health policy aims will save lives, reduce youth tobacco use, and encourage adults to quit smoking.
