(Milan, Ind.) - Hoosier Hills Regional Water District will be flushing its distribution system in October.
The Milan-based company announced Friday that flushing will begin in Franklin and Ripley counties, north of Milan during the first two weeks of October. Flushing will then take place the last two weeks of the month in Dearborn and Ripley counties, south of Milan.
During flushing operations, low pressure may be experienced, along with periods of discolored water.
