This will be the area's first premium-branded, all-suite extended stay hotel.

According to Home2 Suites by Hilton, the 88-suite hotel at Flossie Drive in Greendale is preparing for arrivals beginning October 30.
The all-suite extended stay hotel is now accepting reservations at Hilton.com.
Every accommodation is a suite with a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated living and work area, and flexible furnishings that adapt to a one-night stay or a multi-month relocation. Most suites feature water views.
Guest amenities include:
- Complimentary hot breakfast every morning
- Heated indoor pool, open year round
- Outdoor fire pit and grill
- In-suite kitchens with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
- Spin2 Cycle, the brand’s combined laundry and fitness space
- Complimentary Wi-Fi, complimentary on-site parking, and EV charging
- Pet-friendly suites and cribs available on request
“We built this hotel for everyone who comes through Dearborn County, and for the people who live here too,” said Jeff Fisher, General Manager of the Home2 Suites by Hilton Lawrenceburg Greendale. “That’s the family driving in for a ski weekend at Perfect North Slopes, the group making a trip out of the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter, the church and sports groups who need a block of rooms and a place to gather, the traveling nurse on a long-term assignment, and the folks whose relatives finally have somewhere nice to stay when they visit. All of them want space, a kitchen, and a place that feels like more than a room. Every guest here gets a full suite, and most of them get a beautiful water view to go with it.”
