Harrison Police Officer Resigns After Arrest

The former officer is charged with voyeurism involving a minor.

(Miami Township, Oh.) - The Miami Township Police Department received a complaint of an act of voyeurism involving a juvenile victim which occurred at a private residence in the 5800 block of Elm Street. 

Following a thorough investigation, criminal charges were filed on January 24 against Eric Gregory, 45, of Milford. 

Gregory, a now former police officer with Harrison Police, is charged with Voyeurism (Felony 5th Degree) and Tampering with Evidence (Felony 3rd Degree). 

He is held in Clermont County Jail with a $250,000 bond. The case will be presented to the Clermont County Grand Jury on Thursday, January 30. 

Following the charges, Gregory was placed on administrative leave. He resigned his position with the Harrison Police Department on January 24.
