Press release by Southwest Local School District (Harrison, Oh.) - Want to get your 10,000 daily steps in despite the weather? Don’t want the heat or inclement weather to put a damper on your walking? Put on your gym shoes and come get your exercise in at the Harrison High School Activity Center. The Wildcat Sports Arena's indoor walking track is open to the public and is an ideal place to walk regardless of the weather. Just 11 laps around the track equals one mile. The walking track is open on the following schedule: When school is in session - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and Monday through Thursday, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM; When school is not in session - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. The walking track is not open on weekends or holidays.
