Rock the Blocktober is this Saturday, October 18.
(Greendale, IN) – Visitors can celebrate fall in the City of Greendale this weekend at the community’s “Rock the Blocktober.”The event takes place this Saturday, October 18. This free event will feature a full evening of fun activities, including food, live music, kids’ activity area and more.
Throughout the evening, attendees can enjoy live music by local artists Rock Steady, Wade & Murphy, Mike Detmer, and DJ MattyWestCoast in the city’s Homestead Park. The event will also feature an on-site beer garden as well as tons of popular regional food trucks, including the Silly Cow, Heaven In Your Mouth BBQ and Catering, Chloe's Creations, Cincy Smash, Twisted Tater, Carbonation Station, Vitor's Bistro, and Kona Ice.
Kids attending the event also won’t want to miss the special kids’ area sponsored by Firmly Rooted Church in Greendale, where they will find free family-friendly activities such as face painting, games, and balloons.
