Greendale Fishing Derby Rescheduled For September 5

While the event will happen, it will be on a much smaller scale.

(Greendale, Ind.) - The Greendale Fishing Derby originally scheduled for the 4th of July has been rescheduled for Labor Day weekend. 

Greendale will host the annual fishing derby on Saturday, September 5, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

First place prizes for for boys and girls will include a $100 gift certificate. Second place will will get a $50 gift certificate. 

Although the event will happen, it will be on a much smaller scale. There will be no food provided or door prizes. Bottle water will be provided.
