(Cleves, Oh.) - Gravelrama is pulling an UNO Reverse for this year's Gravelrama Parade.
Due to an ongoing bridge project, the Gravelrama Parade route is changing direction this year.
The parade takes place on Wednesday, August 26 and will begin at 6:30 PM at Mt. Nebo Road and South Miami Avenue. The route will go northbound on Miami Avenue, turn onto Cooper Avenue and end near the Three Rivers Campus.
Parade floats and participants will stage at Cleves Community Park. Prior to the parade, participants will travel from the park via Lower River Road to Mt. Nebo Road before lining up for the start.
Regular motorists should expect delays in the area. Road closures will begin at approximately 6:15 PM and are expected to remain in place until approximately 7:30 PM.
Major closures include:
- East State Road / Bridgetown Road
- North Miami Avenue
- South Miami Avenue
- Cooper Avenue
- South Miami Avenue at Mt. Nebo Road
The service gate connecting the Westgate and Coleman Woods subdivisions will open at 5:30 PM to provide alternate access during the event.
