On Sunday, Lawrenceburg native Nick Goepper competed in his first Ski SuperPipe event at the X Games after a lengthy and successful run in the Slopestyle event.
Goepper had a good showing on the big stage, finishing 4th in the competition.
His run scores were 77.66, 87.33, and 91.33.
Goepper’s best run of 91.33 was just shy of the podium. Hunter Hess took Bronze with a score of 92.00. Alex Ferreira won Gold (93.33) while Nico Porteous took Silver (92.66).
